problem caused by bugs of Windows Update on Apr. 3:

"Illegal System DLL Relocation" problem due to the
Windows XP Update on Apr. 3:
If you have updated your Windows XP on Apr. 3, you may get
this message when launching our products:
The system DLL user32.dll was relocated
in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocaction
occurred because the DLL C:\windows/system32/hhctrl.ocx occupied
an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor
supplying the Dll should be contacted for a new Dll.
This is a bug of Microsoft. You can download the latest
version of our products to fix this problem at Downloads,
or you can install the update 935448 from the Microsoft Download
Center to fix this problem.
