Still worrying about learning ASP scripts, and how to password
protect your ASP web page?
No need to write a piece of ASP code, HTML Password Lock will
help you password protect ASP pages step by step in just a few
clicks.
1 - Select ASP pages:
Launch HTML Password Lock, in step 1, click the "Add file"
button, then browser for the ASP pages on the local computer.
The ASP pages must be selected from local computer.
After protection, you should upload the locked pages to your
web server.

2- Select password mode, and define username and password:
Click "Next" and go to Step 2, in step 2, you can
select from two password modes: Single Password Mode and Multi
User/Password Mode.
Single Password Mode enables you to password
protect ASP pages with one password or multiple passwords.

Multi User/Password Mode enables you to password
protect ASP pages with multiple usernames/passwords. You can
also import/export user/password list from/to a .CSV format
file, which can be edited with MS Excel.

3 - Lock ASP pages and upload locked ASP pages to your web
server.
If it's your first time to use HTML Password Lock, you can
just click "Next" to skip Step 3 and Step 4, and leaves
the default options. In last step, please click "Lock"
button, then the locked ASP pages will be listed in the file
list.
After protection, please upload the locked ASP pages to your
web server to test the password protection.
