Indexing Options
Choosing the menu "Index" -> "Indexing Options"
or clicking on the button
of the main toolbar opens the "Indexing Options" dialog,
where you can configue the indexer.

File:
Specify the file types and sections in a file you want to index.
Page:
- Select whether to index subdomains. For example, if you are
indexing "http://www.mtopsoft.com", and pick up this
option, the indexer will also index the domains "http://test1.mtopsoft.com"
and "http://test2.mtopsoft.com", otherwise, it will
not index these subdomains.
- Specify the Web pages you want to index
- Specify Web pages you don NOT want to index
Words:
Specify which words exclude from search.
URL:
Specify how to deal with the parameters in the URL address.
Connection:
Specify the proxy server and number of crawling threads
Password Manager:
If your website is password-protected, "Basic Authentication"
let you set up passwords for your website, to allow indexing
the password-protected Web pages.
Links Checker:
When you select the "Check broken link" option in
the "Index" dialog, specify whether to verify external
links.
